Dear Future Self,
I hope things are well, I know they will be. As I’m writing this I am having an unusually positive day. I’m on top of things, study wise and that always helps. I’ve finished the ‘Blog Challenge’ that we were doing, but obviously you already know that.
I suppose I should be giving you some advice to carry on with. For a start please stop worrying so much. Things can’t possibly be as bad as you imagine them to be. And if they are, you know there’s always an answer, a way out. Spend more time listening, really listening.
Learn to relax. Meditate? Go for those walks you keep promising yourself. Meticulously plan that hike, even if you know that it might not be possible to actually go. You LOVE to plan things.
Stop beating yourself up over that chocolate bar you ate 3 days ago, nobody really cares. However if you want a slimmer waistline get up off your lazy arse and get one. And please try to stop being so paranoid, yes some people might be talking about you, they might not like, they might even hate you, but who cares? The people around you love you and they think you are awesome. Even with your weird anxieties and general issues.
So suck it up bucko! Your brain will become healed soon enough and you can start worrying about real things instead of your make believe scenarios, and just live your life ♥∞
