    Meditation has been a huge comfort for me recently. Not only does it reduce my stress and anxiety levels but it is opening up areas of my mind that are strange and unusual. Walking Whernside

Walking is amazing, it’s one of the best and easiest ways to get and keep fit. It gets you out in the fresh air and it’s free. You don’t need any specialist equipment, unless you’re doing something that involves mountainous regions or long distance.
