The Peace Method is my upcoming signature course. It is designed to integrate evidence-based tools from Positive Psychology into the very fabric of your daily life.

We are moving beyond the quick reset. We are looking at the long-term biology of resilience, pacing, and rewilding.

There is no forced positivity. There is no rigid “hustle.” This is a beautifully paced, science-backed roadmap to building a life that feels safe for your nervous system.
