What is 1:1 Coaching?
This is my most high-touch, personalised level of support.
As a Positive Psychology Coach, I blend evidence-based neurology with deep, empathetic support. Together, we look at your unique circumstances, your daily demands, and your specific stress triggers.
Then, we build a bespoke roadmap to rebuild your resilience from the bottom up.
What our work together entails:
- Nervous System Mapping: Identifying exactly what pushes your body into ‘fight or flight’ and what signals true safety to your brain.
- Bespoke Pacing Strategies: We will design a realistic framework for your energy so you can stop borrowing tomorrow’s battery to get through today.
- Closing the Tabs: Practical, science-backed tools to clear the mental clutter and lower your daily cortisol levels.
- Environmental Rewilding: Learning how to use your immediate physical environment and the natural world to support your biology.
Ways We Can Work Together
Because everyone’s capacity is different, I offer a few different ways to access 1:1 support:
🌿 Reconnect – Tier 1
6 Sessions | £325 (or £54 per session)
A gentle return to your baseline. This package is ideal for those looking to understand their nervous system and implement simple, biological strategies to manage daily stress. There is no such thing as a “quick fix” for burnout, but this is the perfect starting point to find your footing and begin signaling safety to your body.
What is included:
- 6 One-to-one, tailored coaching sessions
- Practical guides and worksheets to support your biology
- Optional: An intuitive Oracle card reading with each session to blend the science with a little magic.
🌲 Strengthen – Tier 2
12 Sessions | £600 (or £50 per session)
Deepening your roots. The Strengthen package is perfect for those who are ready to build on their foundational tools and create a sustainable, beautifully paced transformation. We will work together over a longer period to ensure your new boundaries and energy strategies actually stick.
What is included:
- 12 One-to-one, tailored coaching sessions
- A 30-minute check-in call to review your pacing
- All practical guides and resources from Tier 1
- Optional: An intuitive Oracle card reading with each session.
🌳 Thrive – Tier 3
24 Sessions (12 Months) | £1080 (or £90 per month / £45 per session)
A fully supported, year-long rewilding. You know you need long-term, lasting change, and you understand that healing an exhausted body cannot be rushed. This package provides a spacious, 12-month container. We will work closely together through every season, shift, and flare-up, ensuring your nervous system is continuously supported.
What is included:
- 24 One-to-one, tailored coaching sessions
- Regular check-in calls to adjust your roadmap as life shifts
- Continuous, gentle support between sessions via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram
- All practical guides and resources from Tiers 1 and 2
- Optional: An intuitive Oracle card reading with each session.
Need something simpler? Single, ad hoc coaching sessions are also available for returning clients or those needing highly specific, localised support at £65 per hour.
